A small pre-workout lunch:
Green Juice: Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Pineapple, and Lemon
And an almond protein power ball: with almond butter, bee pollen, raw honey, royal jelly, and hemp seed sprinkled on top (it’s so yummy!!)
Now time for some crossfit!
